Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Legacy Collision Center Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided including but not limited to collision repair, alignment, customization, windshield repair, towing, rental cars, frame and structural repair, luxury detailing, and concierge services.

2. Service Estimates

• Free estimates are provided for all collision repair and body work services.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and subject to change based on hidden damage discovered during repairs.
• We will contact you for approval before performing any additional work that exceeds the original estimate.
• All estimates include parts, labor, and applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

3. Authorization and Repairs

• Written authorization is required before any repair work begins on your vehicle.
• You must be the registered owner or have documented authorization from the owner to approve repairs.
• Repairs are performed using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), aftermarket, or used parts as specified and agreed upon.
• Legacy Collision Center reserves the right to refuse service or discontinue repairs if payment concerns arise.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
• We accept cash, all major credit cards, checks, and direct insurance payments.
• For insurance claims, you are responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your insurance policy.
• Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection fees, interest charges, and legal action.
• Legacy Collision Center has the right to place a mechanic's lien on your vehicle for unpaid services.

5. Insurance Claims

• We work with all major insurance companies and will assist you in filing and managing your claim.
• You are ultimately responsible for all charges regardless of insurance coverage.
• Any disputes with your insurance company regarding coverage or payment are between you and your insurer.
• We will bill your insurance company directly as a courtesy, but payment remains your responsibility if insurance does not pay.

6. Vehicle Storage

• Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of notification that repairs are complete.
• Storage fees of $250 per day will apply for vehicles not picked up within the specified timeframe.
• Legacy Collision Center is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during repair or storage.
• Vehicles will not be released until all charges including storage fees are paid in full.

7. Warranty

• Legacy Collision Center provides a lifetime warranty on workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle.
• Parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications.
• Warranty does not cover damage from subsequent accidents, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
• To make a warranty claim, contact us immediately. We will inspect and repair any covered defects at no charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Legacy Collision Center is not liable for damage to vehicles from pre-existing conditions or hidden defects not discoverable during inspection.
• We are not responsible for loss of vehicle use, rental car costs (unless provided by us), or consequential damages.
• All vehicles are stored in a secure facility, but we are not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, or acts of nature.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed.

9. Free Emergency Towing Service

Legacy Collision Center Inc. offers complimentary emergency towing service under the following conditions:

• If collision repairs are completed at Legacy Collision Center Inc., towing fees will be waived.
• If an insurance claim is handled by Legacy Collision Center Inc., towing fees will be covered as part of the claim process.

10. Paid Towing Service

Towing fees will apply in the following circumstances:

• If the insurance claim is not covered or approved for repairs.
• If you decide not to have your vehicle repaired at Legacy Collision Center Inc.
• If you choose to have your vehicle towed to a location other than our facility.

11. Towing Rates

Towing rates will be disclosed at the time of service and are based on several factors including:

• Location: Distance from your location to our facility or your preferred destination.
• Type of Tow Truck: The specific equipment required for your vehicle (flatbed, wheel-lift, heavy-duty, etc.).
• Time of Service: After-hours or emergency service may incur additional fees.
• Vehicle Condition: Special handling requirements or difficult recovery situations.

All rates will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service begins. We accept all major forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and direct insurance billing when applicable.

12. Rental Vehicles

• Rental vehicles are available subject to availability and insurance approval.
• You must provide valid driver's license, insurance information, and credit card to rent a vehicle.
• Rental vehicle terms are subject to our rental agreement and insurance company authorization.
• You are responsible for rental charges not covered by insurance.

13. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and respond to communications regarding your vehicle repair.
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before leaving it for service. Legacy Collision Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle location, condition, and access requirements for towing services.
• Inspect your vehicle upon pickup and notify us immediately of any concerns.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at +1 (747) 474-7777 or Legacycollisioncenterinc@gmail.com to resolve the matter. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with California law in Los Angeles County.

15. Changes to Terms

Legacy Collision Center Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
